Corners & Hinges
- Inside corner hinges are provided in two parts, along with attaching bolts and nuts, to be bolted onto the inside corner form boards. The corners are then connected using 5/8 rebar rods.
- Outside corner straps come as a single strap with attaching bolts and nuts. These straps are bolted onto the outside panel at the corner, and the locking bar is inserted through the slot to secure the corner. This system is straightforward, robust, and convenient to assemble and dismantle.
Locking Bar
Waler bar, also referred to as the locking bar, is crafted from our exclusive high carbon ¼ x ¾ steel, featuring rounded edges for a seamless surface. These bars secure the ties against the form-ply and are indefinitely reusable. Constructed from our unique high carbon steel, they endure repeated impacts when snapping the ties off, retaining their original shape with each use. Available in 8-foot lengths, contractors can easily cut them shorter for use in round forms or specific applications.
